I kindly welcome you to my Persian cats cattery Averniko and to its website.

My adventure with Persians started when a red Persian boy GIWO came to my home. We took Giwo to a few shows, including the FIFe Word Show. I got addicted :)

I could not find a cream boy so I decided to start a cattery and breed a beautiful, show quality cat myself. That was the moment when the rest of our cats joined us. When I was choosing cats for my breeding program, I paid attention to a few aspects: body structure, colour and pedigree so that in the next generations I could get wonderful, show quality, cream and red cats out of them.

I live with my husband, daughter and son in Poland, in the Upper Silesia. Our cats are full members of our family. They sleep in our beds, walk on our desks and turn our house up side down when they play :) I do not cage my cats in any way and I do not separate my cats in their rooms- I am strongly against that.

Kittens coming from my cattery socialize with people from their first days. We teach them to use a litter tray, they get used to grooming, they are looked after by the vets. They leave our home at the age of 12 weeks. Then they are fully independent from their mothers, dewormed, vaccinated two times, they have their book of health and a pedigree.
In my cattery you will not buy a kitten without a pedigree!
